We offer 2 kinds of parties: private party rooms or table parties.

Party Rooms

We have 7 private party rooms and 2 party tables
When you book a party, you can choose basic happy birthday decorations, upgrade to character themed decorations, or bring your own decorations.  All party rooms can be used for any theme! 

ALL ages can play at Smiley!  We have amazing play spaces for toddlers through adults.  Scroll through these photos to see some of our play areas (NOTE: Dinoland and Nerf rooms are not included in parties. Passes for nerf and/or dinoland can be purchased at Smiley the day of the party*. 

 

*Passes are sold on a first come, first serve basis.  We cannot guarantee availability during your party.

Party Prices

Parties can be booked online or at Smiley. 

          Want to book online?

          Prefer to book in person?  

                Stop in during our business hours and we will provide a tour and get your party scheduled.  

 

Booking Details:

  • 20% deposit is required to book a party. 

  • After deposit is paid, remaining balance plus 6% service fee is due at least 3 days prior to the party . 

  • Deposits can be paid by cash, Check, Zelle, credit card or debit card. 

  • Party balances can be paid by cash(on or before the day of the party), check(3 days before the party), or Zelle(1 day before the party). 

  • Party balances CANNOT be paid by credit or debit card.

  • 6% service fee is added to all party base prices.  This fee is applied at the final billing and is not reflected in your remaining balance. 

  • Should you need to reschedule or cancel a party, we must have 5 days notice or you forfeit your deposit.  You may reschedule once or you forfeit your deposit. 

  • You may bring cake/cupcakes or food for children with allergies for your party.  If you'd like to bring other food, there is a 10% fee. 

Can I bring food?

You can bring cake or cupcakes. If you want to bring other outside food, the party price increases by 10%.  Parties include pizza and pitchers of drinks.  You can purchase additional pizzas if desired.  We also have vending machines onsite.

If you have food allergies/restrictions and do not wish you have pizza, please notify us.  You may bring a different food option to meet the needs of guests with allergies/food restrictions.  There is no deduction on the price of the party if you choose to not have pizza. 

Can I bring party favors?

 

Yes!  Feel free to bring any party favors that you wish to give your guests. 

 

Can I bring party decorations?

You have 3 options for decorating:
 

1. Basic Happy Birthday Themed Decorations

     Parties include basic Happy Birthday themed decorations.

     Private party rooms will have a "Happy Birthday" backdrop, 

     tablecloths, paper plates, cups, and napkins. 

     Table parties will have tablecloth, paper plates, cups, and napkins.

2.  Upgrade Party Decorations

      When you book a party, you can choose to upgrade to themed party 

      decorations.  We have a variety of options available. There is an

      additional fee based on what you select. 

​

3. Bring your Own Decorations

     When you book a party, you can choose to provide your own

     decorations.  You can arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of you party to

     decorate.  A party host is available to help you set the table.

Can I have a party for
more than 1 birthday child? 

Sure!  You can have multiple birthday boys/girls, but keep in mind that Smiley provides only

1 birthday gift per party. Birthday gift includes 1 pass to return to Smiley to play on a future date and the choice of a 6" - 8" plush toy, smiley tshirt, or balloon.  

You can order additional birthday gifts if desired. 

Should I tip my party host(s)?

We hope that everyone has an amazing time at Smiley!  If your party hosts does a great job,

a tip is appreciated but it's never required.  Feel free to tip or not tip at your discretion.
