SenseSational Smiley hours are our dedicated sensory friendly hours. 1 purchase includes admission for 1 individual with special needs and 1 adult to join them in the playground area. Socks must be purchased seperately but can be reused on future visits. Most arcade games will be off during SenseSational Smiley in an effort to minimize noise.
Capacity is limited during sensory friendly hours therefore we require admission to be paid for everyone entering the facility. Individuals with special needs and 1 adult to accompany them will receive the special rate. Additional adults or siblings without special needs will need to purchase admission onsite at the regular rate. Due to capacity restrictions, we will not allow unpaid spectators during these hours.
All sales are FINAL. Passes purchased and not used will NOT be refunded, exchanged, or be able to be used on a different date.
When you arrive, you will check in at the party counter and pick up your socks to begin playing. Doors open promptly at 8:00 am.
To speed up arrival, please complete waiver on our website prior to arrival.
